On. François-Xavier NGARAMBE, Rwandan Ambassaeur Extraordinaire et Plénipotentiaire in France, greets and congratulates the EnRHEd delegation on the project that is being pursued.
The message was listened to with interest by all members of the EnRHEd team, both European and African, during the international workshop held at the University of Parma on November 16, 2021.
