A unique experience for 4 rwandan lecturers at CIBUS 2022 international exhibition

An important international exhibition, i.e. CIBUS 2022 – International Food Exhibition – which is the most important fair dedicated to the Italian agri-food sector and an unmissable event for the whole community – is taking place in Parma in these days.

Institutions, trade associations, companies and professionals in the Made in Italy agri-food sector meet to outline together the future strategies for food business. The Exhibition represents an opportunity to establish and develop commercial relationships at an international level, while looking to the future and to innovation. More than 3000 exhibitors will be present and more than 70000 visitors are expected: among them, also the 4 Rwandan lecturers of Food Science and Technology who are currently in Italy for the EnRHEd training.

Accompanied by UNIPR professors Andrea Fabbri and Davide Barbanti, they are visiting the exhibition halls to discover innovative foods and food technologies, as well as new food products and futuristic environmentally sustainable packaging. A unique opportunity for these african lecturers that was made possible thanks to the formal invitation to the fair by the Parma Ham Consortium, whom we thank a lot for their precious permission.
