Just in these days, the Project Managers (PMs) of the 4 Rwandan partner institutions of EnRHEd are meeting at the University of Parma to hold the ‘Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Workshop‘ during two weeks of specific work on the EnRHEd Project Management, which has been carried out over the last 4 years and set to end in January 2024. The final Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Workshop is also attended by the European EnRHEd team, especially administrative and teaching staff from the University of Parma, who coordinated the EnRHEd project.

The meeting of the Project Managers was wanted by the PMs themselves in order to be able to evaluate the activities completed in these years, to share the strengths and weaknesses that the Project has had with a view to real Capacity Building and with the intention of improving more and more in light of the many future projects that are taking shape among the HEIs involved. The activities that will be carried out during the workshop complement those already implemented in WP3 (Training of administrative staff in internationalization activities), as well as strengthen the enhancement (WP6) and management (WP7) activities, especially in the final reporting phase of all the activities carried out.

The M&E workshop will also provide an opportunity for representatives of all institutions to contribute to the final project reports and financial reporting which shall be submitted to the EACEA portal by the EnRHEd management Team by March 2024.

New updates about this important closing meeting will arrive soon!
